What we build

Most independent clinics in India run on a paper register and a phone. That works until the day it does not — a patient who cannot be found, a follow-up nobody called, a GST invoice reconstructed from memory at the end of the quarter. Sateline ClinicOS is built for that clinic rather than for a hospital: one doctor or a handful, one location, a front desk that is busiest exactly when it can least afford to look something up.

How we treat patient records

A clinic’s patient records belong to the clinic, not to us. The clinic is the Data Fiduciary and Sateline Technologies Private Limited is the Data Processor — we hold and process that data on the clinic’s instructions. Each clinic’s records are separated from every other clinic’s, and a clinic can export everything it owns as a single archive at any time, including on the way out.

Which third parties process data on our behalf, what each one holds, how long records are kept and how to ask for erasure are all set out in the privacy policy. It is deliberately specific about the protections that do not exist yet as well as the ones that do.

How we make money

One subscription — ₹2,500 per month for a single clinic, after a 7-day free trial. There is no charge per patient and no charge per staff member, and we take no commission on anything a clinic bills its own patients: when a patient pays by UPI, that money moves from the patient to the clinic’s own account and never passes through ours. A clinic can cancel at any time and keeps access to the end of the cycle it has paid for — the cancellation and refunds policy says exactly what happens next.
